About Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work in a mixed Unix and Windows virtual environment managing cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) and multiple cloud server instances
2. Work on configuring and fine-tuning the cloud infrastructure systems
3. Work on installing, configuring, administering, and managing virtual cloud instances (Aws, Azure)
4. Work on publishing ISV software products to nebula cloud marketplace platform
5. Work on updating products listing and technical support, prepare documentation
6. Work on supporting cloud servers including security configurations, patching, and troubleshooting
7. Work on establishing virtual private networks (VPNs) to customer environments
8. Develop scripts for automating client/server functions
9. Work on monitoring automated systems recovery solutions
10. Work on terraform or similar scripting language for automation (preferred)
11. Work on ROR or Python programming (preferred)
12. Work directly over the telephone, emails and on helpdesk with customers to troubleshoot, and administer cloud products as required by the management.
