Bilzo Labs is a SaaS company building products for retail stores, digitizing stores, and making post purchases easy for the customer as well as store.
Bilzo Labs is a company focused on bringing paperless billing for the masses. It does this by partnering with PoS Software companies and stores to bring paperless billing for the masses. It achieves four clear objectives.
1. Saves trees by reducing paper usage for billing
2. Saves cost on printing paper bills for the store.
3. Better customer experience as the bill is always available on the phone of the customer.
4. Better product recall and helps in exchanges and claiming warranties.
Bilzo overcomes all of this to provide excellent customer service to the consumer and makes the bill start of a journey for the store rather than being an end of the transaction.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Connect with the client (once the sales engineer hands over the client's phone number)
2. Log into their system using AnyDesk and install Bilzo printer driver software
3. Try solving them on your own (in case there are challenges in installation)
4. Handle the triage issues with the software vendor of the client in case it's not in our hands
5. Successfully deploy the solution and train the store cashier about the benefit of the solution
6. Jump on AnyDesk with them and fix it (in case of issues)
7. Find and fix bugs in the software if any (good to have).

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (? 250 per deployment done without my assistance).
