Selected intern's
day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Researching and identifying solutions to software and hardware issues
2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, including account setup and
network configuration
3. Asking customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the
problem
4. Escalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software
developers)
5. Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers
6. Ensuring that all issues are properly logged
7. Prioritizing and managing several open issues at one time
8. Following up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional
after troubleshooting
9. Preparing accurate and timely reports
10. Documenting technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
11. Maintaining jovial relationships with clients
